Float Swella brings together over 300 paddle crafts in the water and scores of people watching and listening to rock/reggae music on land. The event features the music of Natural Element, Red Lion and DJ Blade Mon. They will be playing on the floating stage tethered to land on Gravel Street, for all participants to enjoy.

• Isham Street: (Just south of Mystic Seaport Shipyard) parking available at the Voting Hall on Broadway Ave

• 32 Water Street: Near DPI, street parking and Mystic Museum of Art

• Mystic YMCA: Parking available at YMCA

• River Road Boat Launch
