Has your child always wanted to learn to paddle board but you weren’t sure where to go? Adventure Mystic is having Intro to SUP group lessons for ages 7-13. This Intro lesson is designed for those trying the sport for the first time. Our instructors will teach water safety and take them through every step of learning the basics of stand up paddle boarding. The Intro stand up paddle lessons include proper paddle technique, maneuvering and standing up on the board. Your child must be able to swim and feel comfortable in the water.
