SupFitness with Meg

Take your SUP skills to the next level through our Paddle Fitness class! We combine paddling with high intensity interval training on the water. Test your balance with burpees, squats, mountain climbers, push-ups, and more! Our 30-45 minute class will leave you feeling strong (and maybe a little wet)! Must have experience on a paddle board to participate.

Safety Meeting- 6:15
Launch- 6:30
Return by- 7:30

$40 per person includes paddle board with leash, paddle & life jacket

$30 with your own board
