Carey Niekrash graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Biology. Shortly after, she furthered her education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she received her Holistic Health Coach certification. A longtime GLP summer resident, she currently lives in Mystic with her husband and 6 month old son where she practices as a Health Coach. Her passion is in Intuitive Eating and body acceptance. She helps women get over it – ditch the diet, smash the scale and find food freedom.
Jasmine has been a Certified Fitness Specialist for over 25 years which includes 8 years of Certified Personal Training. During that time Jasmine has taught a wide variety of group class instruction varying from strength training, aerobic dance movement, Yoga, Barre, water conditioning and Spinning classes.
In 2016 Jasmine attained her Paddle Fit Coach Certification and in the summer of 2018 worked for Adventure Mystic assisting the Kids camp programs, giving one on one SUP lessons as well as led group fitness classes on the paddle board.
Jasmines greatest goal for any individual that she works with is to help guide them into a mind, body experience. It is Jasmines passion that they learn how to create their own personal journey of self-discovery, through physical activity as well as meditation and as a result, reach their full awareness of themselves, while becoming fit, focused and awake to life.
In 2009 Jasmine came to own a 28 acre horse boarding stable which she aims to turn into a healing center, bringing the earth nature into her fitness classes as well as offering horse therapy programs for kids to adults, to help heal and replenish the deeper part of themselves and to inspire the warrior within to rise, building confidence and empowerment.

Danielle began her physical yoga practice in 2010. She immediately discovered that yoga was far more than a physical exercise, it strongly developed ones spiritual awareness as well. The life changing benefits of yoga inspired Danielle to pursue her teaching career in 2015. Since completing her Yoga Teacher Training, Danielle has taught Hot Power Vinyasa, Yoga Fundamentals, Yoga for Kids, Couples Workshops, Yoga for Addiction Recovery, and SUP Yoga, and more across the state of CT. “Encouraging people to step outside of their comfort zone and into the best version of themselves fuels my drive to keep spreading the yoga love.
