When I gave up dieting I suddenly had so much free time! It’s remarkable how much time and energy goes into dieting and living that yo-yo dieting roller-coaster life. Luckily I found food freedom through intuitive eating and so many opportunities have opened up for me!
If you decided to give up dieting for good and had additional freedom because of it…what would you do with that time? What’s something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t had the time or courage to do?
A couple of things I decided to do for the first time…horseback riding and stand up paddle boarding! Doing something you’ve always wanted to do is incredibly empowering.
